Want to stay fit during pandemic? You need to see this!

 


During pandemic, we forced to make a new habit called "New Normal". How is your day gaes? I hope you're doing well and happy always! :D

Oh yeah, in this new normal to stay positive and healthy you need to boost yourself to work out so that the immune you have is increase. But, some of you may still afraid of the virus, to overcome it you can do jog in the early morning (dawn) or in the evening to avoid the crowd. You can't wake early? or you too tired to jog after work? No problem gaes! You can still work out or exercise in your own home, it's really safe and you don't need to worry about being infected.

You have no idea what kind of work out you can do at home? Well, i have an answer! I will introduce you 3 my favorite sport influencer on youtube, so i work out at home while watching them, haha...

Actually you can choose one of them when you work out, but i mostly watch them all in my work out time, so here they are!

Among videos in this channel i usually watch "Home Walking" Work out, why? because it's really simple move but it can make you sweat a lot, and they have many variety moves, so you can watch different video every work out you do! 

Besides home walking work out, i also watch the other video to make my work out varieties, so i'm not bored or lazy to do work out.

Jordan Yeoh Fitness: Jordanyeohfitness (ig)


There is something interesting from this channel, he manage the work out by leveling it, so you can start with the lowest level for beginner, and try the advance if you think you can do it. But as for me, my biggest level right now is level 2, but for you know that i start it from level 0,5, haha... so gaes, i just want to tell you about the work out, i think to do work out is not about prestige you need to work out that equal with your capablity. To get the higher level, you need to wait, patient, and consistant with the program. So, you can avoid the injury or something that can hurt you.

But sometimes jordan also make a challenge work out that you can do once in a week, maybe? of course, you can do it everyday! but i suggest you to not doing it! :D

Chris Heria/ Thenx: Chrisheria or Thenx (ig)


Actually chris has a sport brand called "Thenx", you can check on his youtube channel. So basically he has 2 youtube channel that i knew, but i mostly watch chris channel. And as for his channel i usually see the work out for morning routine and his diet menu. And also i set my goals to get a body like his, haha.

 So, that's all my favorite influencers that i watch while i work out at home, i usually do the work out once in two days. So i have one day to recover my body from the work out, actually i have watched them since long time ago, before the pandemic, they are my role model. Haha...

 Every time i want to work out, i spend 5 minutes before i start the work out, i set the video from them that i want to do for my work out routine, but mostly the arrangement i put allblanc first, jordan and the last chris. But it's not a fix arrangement, sometimes i put chris in first and allblanc last. Actually it depends on my work out plans. I suggest you to do so, so that you are not easily bored with your work out plans.
